A successful Thrive! strategy increases the likelihood that, on a sustained basis, people a) successfully behave so as to survive and thrive and b) successfully avoid behaving so as to not survive and thrive. This is the key for achieving a sustained, thriving future for all forever. More info at ThrivingFuture.org or in Thrive! – Building a Thriving Future @ Amazon.com
People need to survive and want to thrive. It is human nature. It drives us. Our need to survive and desire to thrive is for our and our future generations’ near and long term future. But how do we move from where we are today to where we need and want to be for the future? A “Thrive! strategy” can help people who need and want to build a sustained, thriving future? We build on the key driver that people need to survive and desire to thrive. We assess current and future environmental factors for expected impact on motivation, ability, behavior, expectations, consequences and satisfaction that positively or negatively affect surviving and thriving. Based on the assessment, we develop new Thrive! environmental factors that positively affect people’s behavior and their surviving and thriving. We reinforce and maximize positive environmental factors. And, we avoid and minimize negative environmental factors.
